NeuroChange aims to develop the organizational design in order to use all findings in the fields of social, cognitive, and affective neuroscience in order to provide some underlying brain insights for the development of high-performing organizations. “Organization Z” is a story about an organization; an organization which offers best-in-class conditions in particular for the upcoming Generation Z.
We must recognize that the change requirement is often one of the biggest barriers to acceptance–at the individual, management and executive team levels. People are creatures of habit. We love what we are used to and change is often something that will make us uncomfortable. In Organization Z, change is understood as a constant transformational process from inside-out. It is a people-oriented organization which uses human capabilities in the most efficient way. It is an organization which provides the systems people enjoy working with and have fun while having business success (instead of providing a structure just to earn money).
Organization Z is built on the seven habits for an adaptive organization:

As we cannot predict the future, we will continue our journey into the NeuroChange world until we get to a point where we believe that we have enough findings collected in order to summarize everything in one publication.
